In the heart of Provence, close to popular sites like Vaison-la-Romaine, Nyons, Enclave des Papes, Orange, the wine route, Mont Ventoux, and the Baronnies, this 110 m² fully renovated, bright, and unique holiday home is set in a detached house with a balcony and terrace, within a shaded, enclosed courtyard with parking. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer (three drawers), oven, microwave, three-burner induction hob, and washing machine. For breakfast, you have a capsule coffee maker, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and citrus juicer. The living room features a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed for two, and a dining area. There are three spacious bedrooms: two with double beds (140x190) and one with two single beds (90x190), a large bathroom, and a shower room with toilet. Other amenities: hairdryer, iron. Wifi is available. This is a non-smoking property. Just five minutes from the center, you’ll find all amenities: bakery, local produce shop, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, hair and beauty salons. At the village entrance, two supermarkets with gas station and car wash. The village also offers a large outdoor public pool and a pétanque court. Sunday-to-Sunday rentals possible. Outside the high season (June to September), stays from four nights. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning services are available for an extra charge.
